UK Circuits fund raises to support Manchester homeless charity 'Coffees4Craig' this Christmas

21 December, 2018

UK Circuits gets into the Christmas spirit by wearing Christmas jumpers and fundraising for local Manchester charity 'Coffees4Craig'.

Set up by Risha Lancaster, following the death of her brother Craig White, Coffees4Craig has been operating since 2013. Seven years later, the charity has gone from strength to strength with dedicated volunteers and supporters helping it to grow. Their aim is to improve the situation for people who are homeless and work towards ending rough sleeping.

Coffees4Craig provide various facilities at their Manchester Drop-in at Centre Point, Oldham Street which includes hot meals, showers, medical support, a street kitchen, food bank and emergency supplies. Further to this the charity provides outreach programmes and education. The centre operates 7 days a week, every evening to provide the homeless with vital support.

To support the charity, UK Circuits asked the team to wear Christmas jumpers and make a donation. We are very pleased to have donated over £160 to the charity.

Managing Director Paul Moran said: 'We are very proud to have supported Coffee4Craig. At this time of year, every little helps to support those who are less fortunate. Coffees4Craig requires constant donations to continue operating, so we are very proud to help the charity at this time of year. Thank you to all our staff who have donated so generously.'
